We are working exclusively with a highly reputable Accountancy Practice in the Crewe area.

This successful Practice are looking to enhance their management team with a dynamic and forward-thinking Operations/Office Manager.

A great opportunity for someone to flourish within the accountancy sector.

Salary/Package £60k-£70k + benefits

Working in collaboration with the Senior Management team and Partners the role of the Operations/Office Manager. will be busy and varied, duties will include:

  • Ensuring all processes and procedures run effectively within the practice
  • Liaising with HMRC on behalf of clients.
  • Identifying opportunities for the practice to add value to clients.
  • Line Management of Administrative staff - from recruitment & selection to day to day support and organizing of training.
  • Operational support across HR, IT and Facilities management for the office
  • Payroll for internal team
  • Compliance ensuring all regulatory requirements are adhered to
  • Financial & Budget, Forecasting Management
  • Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, and ensuring exceptional client service.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and implement improvements as needed.

The Operations/Office Manager. will have the following skills and attributes:

  • Previous experience working with Practice Management within a accountancy firm
  • Strong understanding of regulations and compliance
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong rapport building skills
  • Great leadership skills
  • Good Technical knowledge of practice systems and software
