Office Manager - Join a Design-Led Construction Firm in Ashford, Middlesex - £35k-£40k + Discretionary Bonus

Introduction: Are you an experienced Office Manager looking for a new challenge? Look no further! This design-led construction and engineering firm with extensive experience in the redevelopment of complex sites and buildings are currently seeking a dedicated Office Manager to join their growing team in Ashford, Middlesex.

The Role: As the Office Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of their operations. Your responsibilities will include procurement for sites, building relationships with site staff and suppliers to provide materials at the best prices and in a timely manner, tracking company insurances and subcontractors' insurances, raising and tracking purchase orders within Xero, facilities management, management and tracking of company assets, providing assistance to their Accountant, and occasional PA tasks such as diary management and meeting minutes for the MD.

About You: To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualities:

  • Knowledge of Xero (advantageous).
  • Computer literate.
  • Good communication skills and telephone manner.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and under pressure.

The Offer: The salary for this role is £35,000 to £40,000 per annum, with a discretionary bonus.
