Brighton Business Support is excited to announce its support for our Eastbourne-based client, who is a market leader in the manufacturing industry and is seeking an experienced Office Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong I.T skills, HR experience, H&S awareness, and a can-do attitude. This is a full-time, permanent position and is office based. Salary £35,000pa.

The ideal candidate will be a great team player, capable of managing a busy office function, and maintaining strong relationships with all key stakeholders. They will be the primary point of contact for back-office communications and will support site and business organisation functions relating to Finance, HR, IT, and Marketing.

The successful candidate will develop team members to ensure flexibility for company growth, while ensuring health and safety and environmental requirements are followed at all times. They will also support with the administration of employee lifecycle processes in line with company systems, including starters, leavers, changes, OH referrals, and rewards and recognitions.
