Reed are working with a prestigious organisation with local UK offices in Berkhamsted to recruit for an Office Manager. This brand new role will be essential to the smooth running of the office and work as the key point of contact for all staff on site and visiting.

Part-time, 20 hours per week (4 hours per day over 5 days, flexible mornings or afternoons)

**Key Responsibilities**:

  • Procure all office necessities, ranging from IT equipment and stationery to food and event materials.
  • Efficiently manage the uploading of invoices and raising the relative purchase orders.
  • Oversee health and safety regulations within the office and handle contract management.
  • Conduct orientation sessions for new employees, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with suppliers, managing contracts to ensure favourable terms.
  • Administer the general office administration email, promptly addressing and resolving queries.

**Requirements**:

  • Proven experience in office management role
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Competency in managing budgets and office resources.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient workplace.
