Office Manager - Immediate Start! | London | 3 days a week | IMMEDIATE START - 2 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT

Zachary Daniels are recruiting for highly organised and proactive Office Manager to join a fast expanding and innovative hospitality business!

The candidate will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks, ensuring health and safety compliance, maintaining facilities, managing stock, and upholding the overall appearance and functionality of the workspace. This role requires previous experience in office management and a dedication to creating a welcoming and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including reception duties, coordinating internal and external events on site.
  • Implement and maintain health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all staff.
  • Oversee facilities management, including maintenance, repairs, and vendor coordination.
  • Maintain accurate records of office supplies and equipment inventory, and coordinate stock replenishment as needed.
  • Ensure the office space is clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.
  • Being the "go to person" and ensuring internal teams are accountable for actions.
  • Effectively dealing with all internal and external queries through all channels to ensure resolution is efficient and timely.


The Candidate will have / be:

  • Previous experience as an Office Manager or similar role in a commercial business environment.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
