Reed have partnered with an exciting, Central Bristol based Travel company that offer their services Internationally. Supporting with the hire of their next Office Manager, joining the business on a full time, permanent basis.

Location: Central Bristol
Hours: Mon – Fri. 9 – 5.30
About: Full Time, Permanent

This is a super important role within the business as you will be the main cog in the wheel in keeping the office running smoothly. Duties will range from office facilities to how the reception runs, acting as one of the first points of contact for visitors and being a real ambassador for the company as our client really prides themselves on providing an amazing service.

Involved with:

Office Management

Facilities

Management of visitors and staff

Management of reception desk

Ensuring the office is clean, tidy and a safe environment

Risk assessments, fire safety surveys, PAT and H&S processes

Equipment service and maintenance records

Arranging of deliveries

Keep up to date with H&S training

Ordering of office supplies

Environmental data reports

Budgets

Social committee

Ensuring the office runs sustainably

Employment

Relationships with landlords, building management companies, contractors, security, maintenance, suppliers etc.

Safety and security incident reports

About you:

Office Management experience is essential

Involvement with facilities would be advantageous

Ability to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders

Initiative and self-reliance

A self-starter, capable of managing and appraising own working practices

Resilience to perform effectively under reasonable levels of work-related pressure

Confident to analyse, improve and develop systems and processes

Problem solver

The discretion and professionalism to maintain a high level of confidentiality in all work

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, Teams and SharePoint and confident with IT systems

Customer service experience.
