Job Description: We are currently seeking a dedicated and proactive Office Manager to join our team. As the Office Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the efficient operation of our administrative functions while upholding our company's reputation for exceptional customer service. You will oversee day-to-day office activities, manage administrative tasks, and support various departments within the company.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate office operations, including handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Manage administrative staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and manage office budgets and expenses.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and workflow.
- Assist with HR tasks, such as recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining employee records.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, demonstrating a commitment to outstanding customer care.
- Assist in organizing company events and initiatives, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an Office Manager or similar administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all tasks.
- Knowledge of HR practices and basic accounting principles is preferred.
- Previous experience in the plumbing or construction industry is advantageous.
