The Office Coordinator Role:

As Office Coordinator, you will be one of the first people new hires and visitors will meet when they come to our state of the art Pax8 office in Zwolle.

You will act as the office concierge, ensuring all colleagues and visitors have the information and tools they need to be able to have a successful visit to our high-end, bustling office. You will need to create a memorable first impression that is in line with our culture; be vibrant, positive, respectful with a can-do attitude.

The ideal person in this role would be people passionate, efficient, good at multitasking, dedicated, discrete, professional, confident, collaborative, approachable, eager to grow and develop in a techsavvy environment but most of all FUN!

Your Day to Day in this role includes:

+ Manning the reception desk, assisting visitors & on-site contractors with their enquiries
+ Maintaining office security by managing building access for colleagues and visitor
+ Setting up and maintaining meeting spaces
+ Managing the office supplies, ensuring all consumables are kept topped up
+ Working with the Facilities team to ensure all building related issues are dealt with promptly
+ Helping to develop and organise the employee social experience in and out of the Office
+ Overseeing and assisting with bookings for the Corporate Flat & liaising with the Facilities team to ensure the flats are maintained to a high standard
+ Updating and maintaining the Office Guide and EMEA Events calendar
+ Receiving all incoming mail and parcels, ensuring it is received by the relevant addressee
+ Driving your own personal development and performance improvements by participating in learning paths on Elev8, taking part in Pax8 L&D programmes, receiving peer or manager coaching, taking on stretch projects or on the job training

You'll be ideal for this role if you have:

+ Previous experience in an Administrative or receptionist role
+ Able to speak Dutch fluently
+ A keen interest in working within an Office Coordinator role, with a focus on front of house reception, concierge and building/office management work
+ High attention to detail and ability to build rapport quickly with a range of stakeholders
+ In depth local knowledge of Zwolle
+ Highly organised, detail-oriented with an ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
+ Ability to grasp complex ideas and change direction quickly in a fast-paced environment
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
