We're currently seeking a PART TIME Office Administrator to join our team in Tunbridge Wells. While prior billing experience would be advantageous, it's not essential. We value candidates who are eager to learn and grow in a supportive environment.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Assist with general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Oversee monthly billing invoices.
  • Monthly load of charges from suppliers, ensuring all exceptions cleared or queried.
  • Maintain organised records and databases.
  • Involved in project administration with new clients.
  • Coordinate appointments and meetings.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations.
Requirements:
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft excel (Formula level).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
Position Details:
  • PART TIME - Flexible hours - Mon-Friday 
  • Up to £28,000 per annum (pro rata).
