My award-winning client based in Brockworth, Gloucester is currently recruiting for an Office Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate will be joining a dynamic and forward-thinking company with over 20 years’ experience in their market.

The purpose of the role is to offer administrative support to the office management and HR team. In addition, you will also provide reception cover and be a support to other areas of the business as required and requested.

This role is a 12-month fixed term contract.

Candidate Responsibilities;

-Meet and greet clients and staff

-Deal with incoming calls and emails

-Assist in project work as required

-Maintain the cleanliness in the meeting and reception areas and replenish refreshments

-Sort and distribute post as appropriate

-Arrange and coordinate couriers

-Diary management for senior managers, including arranging and confirming travel arrangements

-Coordinate maintenance work required with the office manager

-Be responsible for opening the office in the morning

-Support the finance team administration and daily banking

Candidate attributes;

-Experience working in a busy office environment

-Excellent organisational skills

-A professional "can do" attitude

-Computer literate, with a knowledge of Microsoft programmes

-Strong and flexible work ethic

-Self-motivated and tenacious

Hours- Monday - Thursday 08.30am - 5.30pm + Friday 09.00am to 5.00pm

Salary- £27,000 + company pension + holiday purchase scheme + life assurance + private medical insurance + free parking
