Office Administrator
Experienced Office Administrator required for manufacturing company based in Crayford. Immediate start available following successful interview.
Location: Crayford, Kent
Hours: 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday
Salary: up to £27,500 pa depending on relevant experience,
paid monthly
Benefits include: 30 days annual leave in BH, pension, free parking, Xmas bonus
Working within a small team the role of Office Administrator is to manage customer services and sales admin activities. Supporting the external sales team - receiving and inputting quotes and progress chasing, ordering raw materials.
Office Administrator duties/skills and experience: training will be given
- Account management - responsible for contract review and ordering raw materials
- Support updating CRM system
- Computer Literate - good level of Excel is essential
- Articulate
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Good telephone manner and time management essential
