A multi-award winning Wealth Management firm based in Central London is looking to recruit a detail-oriented team player to collaborate across departments and ensure the smooth running of their financial planning team. This Office Administrator position offers an exciting opportunity to learn, grow, and become an essential part of a market-leading Financial Services firm.

This role would suit someone who demonstrates accountability, takes pride in their work, actively engages with colleagues, and seeks career advancement in financial services operations.

Primary Duties:

Finance:

  • Balancing financial inflows and outflows
  • Monitoring outstanding company debts
  • Compiling employee expense reports
  • Generating invoices
  • Managing company payroll
  • Oversight of company credit card usage

General Office:

  • Welcoming external visitors
  • Monitoring and replenishing office supplies
  • Managing incoming office calls

Personal Assistance:

  • Managing schedules for the CEO and occasionally other company executives

IT:

  • Collaborating with external IT services for companywide IT support
  • Maintaining records of IT equipment

Compliance:

  • Assisting external compliance consultants as needed

Recruitment:

  • Facilitating the onboarding process for new employees

Personnel:

  • Organizing company outings
  • Administering employee benefits
  • Scheduling staff shifts
  • Arranging necessary Health and Safety inspections

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience in office administration
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
  • Strong attention to detail
