m2r Education are a Wakefield based, multi award winning provider of international teaching and learning solutions. We offer a range of services including recruitment, tutoring, teacher training and English language courses to over 50 countries.

We currently have an opportunity for an experienced administrator to join our growing team, working across all parts of the business.

Working from our Wakefield office your role will involve:

  • Dealing with incoming calls
  • Chasing of documents in line with our safer recruitment policy
  • Filing all documents on our internal CRM
  • Populating tutor spreadsheets and timetables
  • Updating vacancies and posting on all job boards
  • Creation of mailshots
  • Creation of job adverts using ad creation software
  • Posting jobs on social media
  • CV searching
  • Stock ordering when required

Experience required:

  • Previous administration experience, ideally within an educational setting.
  • Confident and professional telephone manner.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Able to wok to deadlines.

You must be driven, self-motivated, professional and be able to juggle numerous assignments at the same time.
