My client is providing the exciting opportunity for a certified OCDEA to join their offices in Dorset. The company specialize in their provision of thermal analysis, assessment, and testing services to clients.

Role responsibilities include:

  • Producing SAP assessments and SBEM assessments, whilst developing and building client relationships through the provision of technical support
  • Producing energy reports for planning stages and getting these reports delivered to clients within deadlines
  • Carrying out measurements for buildings to assess low carbon
  • Ensure building regulations are in compliance with Part L
  • Provide EPCs

Requirements for the role include:

  • On-Construction Domestic Energy Assessor certification with relevant experience within an SAP Assessor role
  • Demonstratable experience carrying out SAP and SBEM assessments
  • Experience within a Sustainability consultancy role would be desirable
  • Experience with UK Building Regulations in compliance with Part L
  • Excellent communication and Presentation skills
  • Lives within a commutable distance to their offices in Dorset
