*Band 6/7
*The working hours will be Mon-Fri 08:30-16:30 or 08:00 - 16:00.
*Assess for aids and adaptations within the home environment to help increase independence and safety at home for both adults and children.
*The role involves a mix of community visits, working from the office base, and working from home. *Flexible working available.
*The team works closely with other services in the Centre for Independent Living.
*Desk top assessment of Blue Badge applications to assess if eligibility criteria met for hidden or physical disabilities.
*Needs to be HCPC registered
*NHS/Community experience
*Valid Passport/Visa
*Fully compliant and cleared to work
*DBS
