Day Webster are currently recruiting a Band 6 Occupational Therapist

Role: Occupational Therapist

Department: Pathway 2/3 Intermediate Care

Grade: Band 6

Location: South West England

Length: 2 months and then review monthly

Hours:  Full time preferred, could consider part time

Preferred start date: ASAP

Care of the older person
Rehabilitation in a non-acute inpatient setting
Discharge planning skills
MDT working
Clinical decision making
Will work as part of an established inpatient intermediate care team alongside PT, RA, pharmacy, nursing team, discharge facilitators & ASC.
Note that there is free onsite parking. 
HCPC Registration.
