Occupational Therapy roles : Band 5.6 &7

All requests are for 3 months to start with but could potentially be extended
full time (37.5 hours) Monday to Friday to start asap.

We have requests for:

Band 6 specialist OT at South Tyneside Hospital (medical impatient team)
Two Band 5s based in the OT team at Sunderland Royal Hospital
Band 5 community based around South Tyneside area who must have a driving licence/access to own car (recovery at home team).
