Occupational Therapist | Primary Special School

Are you looking for change and a new challenge? Would you like to use your excellent skills to support pupils with complex needs who find it difficult to learn and who need passion, creativity, and innovation to help them progress? If so… we can offer you all of this and so much more with this fantastic Occupational Therapist role!

This role is within a large primary special school in the London Borough of Redbridge (outer London). Their pupils are aged 3-11 with a range of complex needs including autism, social communication difficulties, downs syndrome and other learning difficulties. The school was graded as 'outstanding' by Ofsted in November 2018. Their pupils are amazing and work very hard to achieve small and big steps of progress over time. They are supported by a dedicated staff team, and they stand by their ethos of "Learning, Growing & Achieving Together"; they value teamwork and support one another to develop. Although their staff are amazing and have developed some fantastic practices in working with their pupils, they do not sit back. They are continually striving to further develop the learning opportunities they provide for their pupils.

Currently Remedy is seeking to recruit Occupational Therapist for both full and part-time roles. Applications are invited from enthusiastic, passionate individuals who have a genuine interest in working to support pupils with special educational needs to achieve the very best outcomes.
