MPFT are looking for a full time Community OT B6 to support the County Wide Services at North Staffs. Must be able to travel in own vehicle to domiciliary patient visits.

The 3 bases in the North are Bradwell, Longton & Leek Moorlands

This is a full time Mon - Fri 8.30 - 16.30 for 12 weeks.

Role requires a candidate who has experience visiting patients within their own homes.

Previous community health experience is valuable.

Role to start asap for 12 weeks.

Leek Moorlands Hospital ST13 5BQ
Essential car driver
Mileage paid at 40p per mile
£26 per hour
