Location: Murdostoun, North Lanarkshire
Salary: £32,526 to £35,958 per annum
Speciality: Brain Injury Rehabilitation and Neurological Care Centre.

Our Client provides specialist rehabilitation for people in the early stages of recovery from an acquired brain injury and we also provide residential care for individuals with progressive neurological conditions.

You will part of a well-established, friendly and enthusiastic Multidisciplinary team, where you will plan and deliver specialist assessment and evidence based treatment of acquired brain injury, as well as supervise and develop support staff. This is a role where you can build great relationships with the patients and really be a part of their progress.`

Job Role:

* Keep people safe from harm and protect their human rights
* Manage and prioritise a complex caseload, ensuring timely completion of related administrative tasks such as record keeping
* Deliver and monitor innovative rehabilitation and care to promote independence
* Provide specialist assessment and evidence-based, high-quality treatment of acquired brain injury, using a wide range of approaches to suit the patients' varying needs
* Develop and maintain good working relationships with colleagues, families, carers, and other members of the MDT
* Work as part of the therapy team, sharing information and supporting colleagues
* Supervise and develop support staff

To Qualify:
* HCPC registration
* Previous experience of working in a neurorehabilitation setting would be an advantage
* Knowledge and skills in assessment procedures
* Ability to motivate patients over long periods
* Successful candidates will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS
