Occupational Health Technician/Trainee
Location: Dundee/Perth/Outside Edinburgh Areas + Travel
Job Type: Permanent - Full Time
Occupational Health Staffing are looking to recruit an Occupational Health Technician/Trainee to work in Dundee/Perth/Outside Edinburgh Areas + Travel + Travel to work on a full time permanent basis. The role will be to:
- Working from a mobile screening unit
- Carrying out a full remit of health surveillance
- Audiometry, Spirometry and Vision Screening
- Willing to travel across the region
- The area the OHT covers is within 70-80 miles of their home address which reduces overnight stays and gives a better work/life balance.
- Early or late starts will be required with occasional night shift and overnight stays from time to time.
- Hours: Monday - Friday - 37.5 hours per week
To apply you will need to be an experienced Occupational Health Technician with previous health surveillance experience or you could be a Trainee OH Technician with transferable skills like a degree in Sports Science or experience as an emergency medical technician.
Standard Salary: up to £24,979.50
Standard Salary with overtime: up to £32,000 calculated on 8-9 hours overtime/week
Trainee OHT Salary: Starting at £22,000 + overtime increasing to the above after passed 6 month probation period
