Location: Braintree, Essex + Homebased
Job Type: Permanent - 3-5 Days/week
Occupational Health Staffing are looking to recruit an Occupational Health Nurse Manager to work in Braintree, Essex + Homebased on a permanent basis 3-5 days/week for our in-house client. The role will involve:
- Leading the clinical aspect of the Occupational Health service, setting clear vision, strategies whilst working extremely closely with the operational team.
- Monitoring and driving compliance with standards and OH metrics leading to opportunities for benchmarking and continuous improvement.
- Being a stakeholder Clinical Manager for an inhouse developed OH system.
- Developing the service to secure SEQOHS Accreditation
- Writing, reviewing, and updating OH policy and procedures.
- Supporting the management of associate and employed clinical team.
- Ensuring health surveillance/assessment, triage, case management, OH deliverables are managed effectively.
- Maintaining OH records in a secure and confidential manner.
- Maintaining clinical skills within OH by participating in case management/health surveillance decided by business demand.
To apply you would need to be an experienced and qualified Occupational Health Nurse Manager with strong previous leadership and management experience in an Occupational Health setting. You will need to have previous clinical governance, risk and quality management experience.
Salary: up to £60,000 plus annual performance based bonus (c. £10k) + Company Shares and other benefits
