I am seeking a Home Manager based in Birmingham for a small home with a flexible 40-hour contract.
Key Responsibilities of a Home Manager:
  • Overall day to day running of the residential home.
  • Ensuring the highest standard of care and maintaining high standards of care.
  • Staff appraisals, meetings and disciplinaries
  • Budgeting and resourcing
  • To ensure CQC and company policies are followed and adhered to
  • Promote a caring environment for residents through high standards of professional practice.
Home Manager Requirements:
  • Level 5 NVQ
  • Hands on with good communication skills
  • Minimum of one year experience as a Home Manager
  • A clear understanding of CQC audits
  • Strong Leadership skills on a personal and professional bases
  • Good time and Organisation management.
Benefits:
  • Salary package £35k - £45K depending on experience.
