I am currently working with a large non for profit organisation who are looking to recruit a Registered Manager for a large Nursing Home in Ayr. The home is rated overall Good with Care Inspectorate and is rated 4.5/5 on carehome.co.uk.

Key Responsibilities of a Nursing Home Manager:
  • Overall running of the Nursing Nome
  • Managing budgets
  • Staff appraisals, meetings and disciplinaries
  • Liaise with outside Healthcare professionals in regards to care
  • To ensure company policies are followed and adhered to
Nursing Home Manager Requirements:
  • Experience leading within a Nursing Home setting as a Home Manager
  • NVQ Level 5 or above
  • Managing budgets
  • Staff appraisals, meetings and disciplinaries
  • Liaise with outside Healthcare professionals in regards to care
  • To ensure company policies are followed and adhered to
