Tradewind is excited to offer an incredible opportunity for an Early Years Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant team in the Oldham area.

As the biggest nursery in Oldham, it takes pride in our warm, welcoming environment and our dedicated support staff. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to provide general support within the nursery setting, with a specific focus on assisting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) in personalized 1:1 environments.

Position: Early Years Teaching Assistant

Location: Oldham

Type: Full-Time, Long-Term Role

Your Role:

Providing general support within the nursery

Working closely with SEND children in personalized 1:1 settings

Assisting in their learning and development, ensuring a nurturing and supportive atmosphere


Experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential

Passion for working with young children and a dedication to their well-being and education

Patience, empathy, and a proactive attitude

Willingness to learn and adapt within a dynamic educational setting
