Nursery Staff Needed!

Are you passionate about nurturing young minds and creating a vibrant learning environment? We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our dynamic team at our welcoming nursery located in Tilbury. As a Nursery Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in providing excellent care and education to children, ensuring they have the opportunity to thrive and reach their full potential.

  • Competitive pay up to £110 per day, dependent on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the daily care routines of children, including feeding, diaper changing, and facilitating play-based learning activities.
  • Support the implementation of educational programs and activities that promote children's development across all areas.
  • Foster a warm, inclusive, and safe environment where diversity is celebrated and every child feels valued.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and parents to provide holistic support to children, respecting their individual needs and preferences.
  • Maintain a clean and organized nursery environment, including indoor and outdoor play areas.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Level 2 or 3 childcare qualification is desirable but not essential. Candidates with relevant experience and a passion for early childhood education are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience working with young children in a nursery or similar setting is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage positively with children, colleagues, and parents.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and a willingness to participate in training opportunities.

  • Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and all employment breaks must be explained
  • You must have legal right to work in the UK
  • You must be willing to attend a registration interview
