Hourly Pay: £17.71

Location: Accrington

Hours: 8am - 4pm (Term Time)

Start date: April 2024

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with lead teachers to create a nurturing and immersive learning environment.
• Foster the physical, emotional, and cognitive development of children.
• Assist in planning and delivering engaging activities that ignite young imaginations.
• Prioritize the safety and well-being of each child throughout the day.
• Maintain open communication with parents to share insights on children's progress.

Essential Requirements:

• Level 3 qualification in Childcare or above
• Strong understanding of Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• 12 months experience as a level 3 practitioner
• A sincere passion for fostering children's growth and learning
• Reliability, punctuality, and trustworthiness are paramount
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Proactive and adaptable in contributing to the learning journey
