My client is looking to recruit a Room Leader got their fresh and exciting nursery based near West Norwood, London. The successful candidate should be able to lead and coordinate groups of people well and also, should also be able to plan meaningful and fun age appropriate activities for children

Key Responsibilities

• Leading your team by example, motivating your team to become reflective practitioners and promote a positive culture always
• Taking leadership of your room, manage systems within your room
• Reporting to the Nursery Manager and Deputy Manager
• Building and maintaining excellent relationships with parents and families
• Being responsible for the day to day care of all children within the room
• Ensuring the nursery meets all OFSTED requirements
• Modelling and implementing the highest standards of Early Education practice at all times
• Carrying out key-person related responsibilities and building relationships with a small group of children and their families
• Ensuring the safety and well being of all children in your care resulting in total avoidance of preventable accidents and promoting a feeling of security and satisfaction amongst all parents.
