As a Nursery Practitioner, you'll have the opportunity to play a crucial role in shaping the early experiences of children, fostering their development, and laying the foundation for a lifetime of learning. Some Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate activities and experiences that promote children's physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development.
• Create a warm, welcoming, and safe learning environment where children feel secure, happy, and confident to explore and express themselves.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Promote a love for learning through play-based experiences, sensory exploration, and creative expression, while fostering curiosity, independence, and resilience in children.

Requirements:

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education and Childcare.
• Previous experience working with children in a nursery or early years setting is preferred.
• Knowledge of early years curriculum frameworks and best practices.
