Exciting Opportunity: Join Our Team as a Nursery Practitioner!

Are you passionate about nurturing the youngest learners and providing them with a safe, supportive, and stimulating environment to grow and thrive? We're seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Nursery Practitioners to join our team in Plymouth. As a Nursery Practitioner, you'll have the opportunity to play a crucial role in shaping the early experiences of children, fostering their development, and laying the foundation for a lifetime of learning. We believe in the power of early childhood education to unlock children's potential and ignite their curiosity and love for learning. Our nursery provides a nurturing and inclusive environment where children feel valued, supported, and inspired to explore, discover, and grow.

Some Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate activities and experiences that promote children's physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development.
  • Create a warm, welcoming, and safe learning environment where children feel secure, happy, and confident to explore and express themselves.
  • Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Promote a love for learning through play-based experiences, sensory exploration, and creative expression, while fostering curiosity, independence, and resilience in children.

Requirements:

  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education and Childcare.
  • Previous experience working with children in a nursery or early years setting is preferred.
  • Knowledge of early years curriculum frameworks and best practices.
