Early Years Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated Early Years Practitioner with a thorough understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). The ideal candidate will be passionate about fostering a safe and stimulating environment for young children to thrive and develop.

Day to Day of the Role:
  • Plan and deliver educational activities that promote the physical, emotional, and intellectual growth of children in the early years age group.
  • Observe and assess children’s progress and maintain accurate records, ensuring that the planning and curriculum meet the needs of each child.
  • Work closely with colleagues to create a cohesive and creative learning environment.
  • Engage with parents and guardians to support children’s learning and development at home.
  • Ensure the health, safety, and wellbeing of all children in your care.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • A relevant Early Years qualification (Level 3 or above).
  • Solid understanding of the EYFS framework and its application in a learning environment.
  • Proven experience working with children in an early years setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with staff, children, and parents.
