KiddyKare are currently recruiting for a childcare qualified Nursery Practitioner to become part of a supportive team based in Watford.

This position is paired with a generous salary of up to £25,000 based on a fulltime shift pattern. With the settings very supportive management team, this position has the opportunities in place to progress further in your childcare career, gaining experience, additional qualifications, and promotions.

The roles and responsibilities will include:

  • Having a key group of children, observing, and recording their development.
  • Plan and carry out age-appropriate activities.
  • Maintain and safe and welcoming environment.
  • Adhering to the nursery policies and procedures always.
  • Building positive and successful relationships with colleagues, children, and carers.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Full and Relevant childcare qualification.
  • Knowledge of Safeguarding and EYFS.
  • First aid, Basic food hygiene and safeguard training desirable.
  • Previous experience working with early years.
