40 hours per week - working pattern to be agreed.

If Level 3 qualified: salary up to £22,215 pa (£11.51 per hour)

Reed Education Southampton are currently seeking a Nursery Practitioner for a full time (part time considered) permanent role within Winchester.

The school is based within a large multi-school area, of which the Nursery is based within. The Nursery caters to children from 0-4 years of age, and is dedicated to supporting, engaging and helping young children to thrive.

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will have a passion for inclusive practice, have excellent communication and teamwork skills, and be keen to make a difference to children’s outcomes. You will have excellent knowledge, understanding and experience with young children, and show initiative within this role. A willingness to grow and develop within the school is also desired, as you will receive Teacher-led professional development to achieve what you desire!

For this role, you will be/will need:

- Level 3 NVQ childcare qualified

- English and Maths GCSE Grade 4 or equivalent

- A fun, interactive candidate with excellent patience and imagination

- Someone who loves seeing children smiling!
