Nursery Manager
KiddyKare are looking for an experienced Nursery Manager in Staines for an independent setting that can hold up to 60 children.
With a salary of up to £41,000 working 40 hours per week.

The role:
• Recruiting, training, and managing all staff: ensuring a positive and productive work environment where staff feel valued and supported.
• Ensuring all regulatory standards are met and high standards across all aspects of the nursery’s work are maintained.
• Working with senior personnel across the organisation to make a positive contribution to senior team meetings to ensure the continued success of the organisation.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children attending the nursery.
• Work closely with parents and carers, canvassing and valuing their views and opinions.
• Provide regular and accurate reports on nursery occupancy and future forecasting.
• Oversee the care and education of all children to ensure it is of the very highest standards.
• Remaining up to date with all administrative tasks necessary for the smooth and safe running of the nursery.
The candidate:
• Must be qualified to at least level 3 Early Years Educator
• Excellent understanding of the EYFS
• Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in senior leadership role in early years.
• Be confident and ambitious.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Extensive knowledge of safeguarding
