Nursery Deputy Manager

Beyond Education are working to support a lovely group of nurseries in the Mid Sussex area who are looking to recruit for a designate Deputy Manager to join there team in Haywards Heath on a full time permanent basis, paying a very competitive salary of £32,000 per annum.

The role would include in-depth training to learn about the business and approach to childcare and to prepare you to fill staff vacancies as they arise. This role will include working in the rooms as the needs of the business require. Flexibility to work across all sites would be preferable, however its likely the role will be based mainly at Haywards Heath.

Requirements

• Level 3 or above childcare qualification
• ability to provide leadership & management to other staff
• Cover for the manager in her/his absence
• Positive, can- do attitude
• Passionate about working with children
