The role of a Nursery Teaching Assistant is to support children within small or whole class groups, acting as a listener, encourager, motivator, and role model.

Your role & responsibilities of a Nursery Teaching Assistant:

• Be able to build and maintain positive relationships.
• To help in the preparation and organisation of classroom resources including adjusting in classroom layout
• Be passionate about achievement for every child and committed to ongoing professional learning.

Non-negotiables:

• Have eligibility to work in the UK or be a UK resident.
• Have experience of working with EYFS children  in school, Nursery or any similar setting. Level 2 + CACHE is desirable, but not essential.
• Offer drive, kindness, enthusiasm, imagination, and commitment at every opportunity.
