Nursery Bank Staff

A wonderful independent nursery in Ealing are seeking experienced and qualified individuals to work at their nursery on a supply basis. If you have experience working working in a nursery as a Room Leader but are no longer looking to commit to a full-time role , then this is the perfect opportunity to pick up flexible, daily supply shifts that work around your personal schedule.

Role Description: As a Nursery Bank Staff member, you will have the opportunity to work on a flexible basis, picking up shifts according to your personal schedule. The shifts run from 8:30 am to 3:00 pm, allowing for a balanced work-life arrangement. You will collaborate with a team of supportive and welcoming staff members to deliver high-quality care and education to children within the nursery. Not only this- you will also have the opportunity to work at numerous other nurseries and primary schools across West London on a supply basis!

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the care and supervision of children.
  • Implementing daily routines and activities.
  • Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to thrive.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues.
  • Contribute to the overall positive atmosphere of the nursery.

Requirements:

  • NCFE/CACHE Level 3 Award in Childcare and Education.
  • Qualified Early Years Educator.
  • Previous experience working in nurseries is essential.
  • Passion for working with children and supporting their development.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
