Job Types: Full-time, Permanent or Part- time

Salary: £20.87 per hour, £40,696.50 - £43,816.50 per year

Hours:37.5 per week,
7.5 hours per shift, including 30-minute paid meal breaks.
A mixture of early and late shifts:

  • 7am - 2:30pm
  • 2pm - 9:30pm. Working alternate weekends.

Job scope:

We are actively recruiting a Nurse to lead our care team, delivering exceptional care to residents within a vibrant community.

As a Nurse, you'll provide clinical nursing care by assessing and monitoring residents’ needs, administering medication, and performing clinical procedures. As a Nurse,you'll provide a holistic approach to care, collaborating with various care home teams and leading on admissions, complex clinical needs, emergencies, and end-of-life care, crucial for fostering a supportive and collaborative environment. This involves effective communication, empathy, and respect for diverse needs and perspectives.

The Nurse should excel in communication, interpreting and explaining information, and negotiating effectively. As a Nurse, your analytical thinking will be evident in analyzing complex situations, planning, and organizing activities, which are essential for contributing to policy development. Leadership skills are vital for coaching, data management, and fostering a collaborative culture, while working with others entails seeking feedback, building relationships, and promoting inclusivity. These interconnected abilities enable you to navigate challenges effectively, drive continuous improvement, and cultivate a supportive environment for both colleagues and patients.

Do you have?

  • NMC Registered Nurse (adult level 1) with comprehensive knowledge of CQC Regulations and Essential Standards of Quality and Safety
  • Extensive experience in elderly, disability, and dementia care across diverse healthcare settings
  • Proven track record in nursing homes, hospitals, and social care facilities
  • Proficient in conducting clinical audits, risk assessments, and meticulous review of care plans
  • Strong aptitude for maintaining accurate records and ensuring adherence to health and safety protocols
