We are currently working in collaboration with a market leading utility company with extensive growth plans and a healthy order book for the next 4 years.

The position as a NRSWA Trainer offers stability with excellent progression opportunities in a growing part of the business.

Salary to £50k | Company Vehicle | Stakeholder Pension | 26 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays

Key Essentials:



* You will be required to provide competent advice and guidance to both site and office staff

* Complete and assess NRSWA Supervisor & Operative (units 1-16) accreditation training, both in-house and to external clients

* Assist management with the day to day running of the training department

* You will be expected to identify methods for continually improving the performance of the company

* Assist with providing information to management for discussion with the board of directors on any training issues

Requirements:

* Qualified with either a Certificate in Education and Training (EAT) or Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector (PTLLS) along with NRSWA Supervisor accreditation

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Good I.T skills in Microsoft Office packages
