NQ Tax and Trusts Solicitor, Salisbury

An opportunity for a well trained specialist tax and trusts professional to join a chambers rated frm.

You:
Newly qualified, recently qualified or about to qualify into Tax and Trusts. With your excellent academics and your strong levels of client service you will be keen to learn from the best at this key stage of your career , NQ-2 PQE.

The role:
Joining an established tax and trusts team you will be working alongside noted parters and STEP qualified tax advisor.
You will be advising on and assisting others who advise on wills, trusts and tax planning for high-net-worth UK and foreign domiciled individuals, trustees and beneficiaries. There will be opportunities to specialise in advising: owners of farms and estates and farming partnerships , owners of companies and partnerships , on offshore trusts and multi-jurisdictional tax and succession planning issues, on tax in relation to the settlement of trust litigation.
