You :

You will be an enthusiastic newly qualified solicitor with at least a six month seat in Private Client or specifically Court of Protection.
Ideally you'll have a full driving licence and wish to work towards a STEP qualification in the future.

The role :

In this role you'll provide comprehensive legal advice to your clients whilst dealing with delicate matters in a highly sensitive way.

You can expect to work on cases relating to the mental capacity act and other relevant legislation.

Matters will relate to the management of property and affairs deputyships, working with vulnerable clients, trust management, assisting with tax affairs and accounts, drafting trusts, statutory wills, welfare deputyship applications and other associated applications to the Court of Protection. You'll work with IFA's, investment managers, case managers and other medical professionals and specialists.
