As a Family Solicitor at our firm, you will:
?? Handle a diverse caseload of family law matters including divorce, child custody, financial settlements, and domestic violence cases. ?? Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients, demonstrating empathy and understanding during challenging times. ?? Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and represent clients in court proceedings when necessary. ?? Maintain strong client relationships, delivering exceptional service and ensuring client satisfaction. ?? Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to provide comprehensive legal solutions tailored to our clients' needs.
To thrive in this role, you will have:
? Qualified as a Solicitor in England and Wales with NQ to 5 years PQE in Family Law. ? Solid experience handling a range of family law matters, with a strong understanding of relevant legislation and procedures. ? Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues. ? A proactive and client-focused approach, with a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services. ? The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
