Temporary - 6 months initially - permanent opportunities

Hybrid working - must be happy to travel to different offices for meeting (travel paid for)

Full time Monday - Friday 9-5

Tate are working with a local authority in their search for a Note Takers to travel across Bristol to attend child protection meetings in person.

As a Note Taker, your key responsibilities would include:

  • Attend child protection meetings / conferences for up to 2 hours and take minutes / notes.
  • Type up the meeting notes and distribute to attendees.
  • Input confidential data onto the system.
  • Send follow up reports/letters to families and professionals.
  • Provide administration support to the wider team when required.

Skills / experience:

  • Minute taking experience (essential)
  • Administration experience (essential)
