Non-Domestic Energy Assessor

My client is a multidisciplined consultancy who provide their highly technical and forward-thinking services across Scotland. They have the exciting opportunity for a Non-Domestic Energy Assessor to join their expanding energy team in their offices in Dunfermline.

Role responsibilities include:

  • Carrying out energy assessments on non-domestic and commercial properties
  • Produce EPC's and work alongside other departments to help provide in-house support
  • Keep on top of your daily plan and workload, as well as liaising with clients to coordinate site visits and energy reports
  • Carry out a mixture of site-visits and office-based work

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Level 4 NDEA accreditation with relevant experience as a Commercial Energy Assessor in Scotland
  • Excellent communication skills and have a previous experience in a client facing role
  • Full UK driving license
  • Experience with Designer Builder SBEM would be beneficial, however training is provided
  • Have a Section 63 qualification would be advantageous
