Non-Domestic Energy Assessor

This is an exciting opportunity for a Non-Domestic Energy Assessor to join one of Scotland's leading energy consultancy, by helping them provide their expertise services nationwide. The role is based in Dunfermline where the role will have a variety of onsite and office-based work.

Role responsibilities include:

  • Carrying out energy assessments on domestic and commercial properties
  • Producing energy performance certificates
  • Managing workload whilst communicating with clients to arrange site visits and producing reports
  • Liaise with DM Hall departments by providing in-house advice

Role requirements include:

  • Having a level 4 NDEA qualification with experience as a commercial Energy Assessor.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Full UK driving license
  • Experience with Design Builder SBEM would be beneficial, but training is provided
  • Having a Section 63 and Display Energy Certificate qualifications would be advantageous
