Non-Domestic Energy Assessor - Birmingham

This is an exciting opportunity to join the UK's leading provider of testing, inspection, and compliance services, with comprehensive solutions in the Infrastructure, Environment, Building & Real Estate and Advisory. Our client has a customer focused approach which has allowed the company to exceed expectations through their leading technical expertise, operational excellence, and technological innovation.

The ideal NDEA will have:

  • Level 4/5 Non-Domestic Energy Assessor Qualification
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Willingness to travel to sites on certain days
  • Knowledge and experience with IES-VE or Design Builder

Responsibilities of the NDEA:

  • Undertaking site inspections
  • Issuing Energy Performance Certificates
  • Completing written reports
  • Reporting to clients in a professional and timely manner
  • Liaising with clients and build lasting relationships
