Centralised printing is responsible for all correspondence printing and related processes within DMD in line with IFDS’s and regulatory guidelines.

About the role

PLEASE NOTE:

This role will require shift patterns commencing at 3am - Tuesday - Sunday.

Centralised printing is responsible for all correspondence printing and related processes within DMD in line with IFDS’s and regulatory guidelines.

Service Delivery

  • Ensuring IFDS meets and aims to consistently exceed client expectation in line with Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
  • All client correspondence is printed/Reconciled and dispatched within the agreed SLA.
  • All correspondence is quality checked before mailing out.
  • All print/production figures are accurately recorded
  • To operate Xerox printing machines
  • Cheque Printing Process in line with APAC’s standards

Develop and Improve Communication

  • To work closely with the Team Leader to ensure all correspondence including cheque output are handled accurately and within the agreed SLA’s and regulatory timescales.

Process Management

  • To ensure processes and procedures are appropriately adhered to. Working with Peers to improve overall processes and quality within the department.

Key Performance Areas:

  • SLA’s are adhered to.
  • Clearly defined and documented processed and procedures adhered to.
  • Personal productivity and quality targets are met.
  • Performance KPI targets are met

The Ideal Candidate

  • Intermediate keyboard skills to include awareness of MS Office packages.
  • Good Verbal reasoning and numeric skills.
  • Good accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Flexible/adaptable to varying workloads/priorities
