What's involved?

As Night Porter you will be responsible for welcoming the guests, assist with their luggage and when required valeting just off site from the hotel. Also you will be required to deliver messages, packages and undertake any other request to ensure excellent service.

Previous experience as a Porter or Concierge is desired with a minimum of 12 months within a 4 or 5star London boutique hotel. Excellent communication skills are essential with a good command of both written and verbal English. Please note we can only accept applications who have the right to work in the UK, and with a valid clean UK driving license.
