Working for an established charity who provide tailored support, hope and opportunity to those who are looking to improve their quality of life, we are looking to recruit for a Night Emergency Access Intensive Housing Manager. The key purpose of this role will be to support the delivery and growth of emergency accommodation services in Wigan and Leigh.

The role:
Managing a 20 bedded accommodation service your duties will include providing a safe and secure environment for residents ensuring the safety and security of the services and have the ability to build trusting relationships with those who use the provision, and with key partners. This role will be to ensure the people being supported have the access to what they need, and there is no direct people/staff management with this role.

The ideal person:
You will be someone who can work well with others, and have a personable approach with a can-do attitude. You will have sound knowledge of safeguarding and be able to work alongside other team members. You will be able to commit to working Nights on a rolling rota and have flexibility. Shift patterns may be 19.00-07.30am but may come with some flexibility.
