Cobalt recruitment have an exciting interim position based in the Merseyside area. An NHS trust has an excellent opportunity for a Finance Manager to join the team for a role that will run for minimum of 3 months initially with likely extension

The ideal candidate will have strong finance experience and have worked previously within NHS organisation. The post holder should hold a CCAB qualification and can demonstrate in depth knowledge of financial planning, budgetary strategy & control, NHS Trust financial regime along with sound knowledge of NHS business case process

Job Summary

• Specific responsibility for providing comprehensive financial management and support to a group of clinical and departmental budgets.
• Support the site senior financial leadership in providing expertise on all financial matters to the Division
• You will be participating and contributing to the formulation and implementation of the Divisional Business Plans in accordance with the Trusts strategic aims and objectives.
• To provide support and advice on financial and non-financial aspects of the Business Plans.
