Location: Liverpool, Arundel House Community Mental Health Team
Contract: Agency Contract
Salary: £27 per hour
Are you a passionate and dedicated Newly Qualified Social Worker eager to launch your career in mental health? Arundel House Community Mental Health Team in Liverpool is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic team!
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and deliver services under the Care Act 2014.
- Undertake Section 42 Safeguarding Enquiries to ensure the safety and well-being of vulnerable individuals.
- Perform Mental Capacity Act 2005 assessments and Best Interest Assessments.
- Prepare Social Circumstances Reports for Sections 2, 3, and 37 Tribunals/Appeals.
- Facilitate complex hospital discharges from various mental health wards and units.
- Utilize good working knowledge of Liquid Logic and RiO systems for efficient documentation.
Requirements:
- Newly Qualified Social Worker status.
- Passion for working in mental health and supporting vulnerable individuals.
- Strong understanding of relevant legislation including the Care Act, Mental Capacity Act, and Safeguarding procedures.
- Desirable: Familiarity with Liquid Logic and RiO systems.
